Welcome to the 2011 CASQA Stormwater Conference at the Hyatt Regency in beautiful Monterey, CA. The theme for this year's Conference is: Stormwater Management: Practical Solutions to Changing Conditions. The CASQA 2011 Conference will again offer a full program of training workshops, presentations, and exhibits for holders of municipal, industrial, and construction NPDES stormwater permits.
The 2011 CASQA Conference is the premier event for addressing municipal, industrial, and construction stormwater issues. CASQA prides itself on offering its members timely information on critical stormwater issues from the most influential and experienced leaders in the field. CASQA’s work products, including past Conferences, the Program Effectiveness Assessment manual, various Stormwater BMP Handbooks, and our premier training programs have received national recognition. CASQA’s committee members have been influential in the promulgation of state and federal regulations and statewide NPDES Permits; and formulating strategies to assist local governments, businesses, and contractors in addressing many critical policy issues vexing the management of stormwater quality.
